Like most things worth having in life, to stay healthy, you have to make an effort. It's not easy, but it is easier, if you have the right knowledge and a plan. However, having a plan is only half the battle. Where most people trip up and don't get the full benefits is by not implementing the knowledge they gained and not sticking to the plan they made.
